Hourly Rate: £12.81
Role Overview: Store Colleague
As part of our vibrant team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role includes:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by engaging confidently with customers.
- Supporting products from stock checking and recommendations via in-store devices.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and engaging presentation of our displays.
- Assisting with everyday store operations, including till tasks, replenishment, and adherence to safety/retail standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care:
- Welcome customers with confidence, providing friendly help and enthusiasm.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- In-Store Support:
- Utilise in-store devices to assist with stock checks, inventory, and full service.
- Personal Standards:
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and restocked, while maintaining brand-aligned displays.
- Operational Tasks:
- Assist with till operations, stock rotation, and follow store safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive attitude for fast-paced retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and teamwork).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Flexibility to accept different shifts (weekends, evenings, peak periods).
