Role Overview

As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences daily. With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping customers, you’ll ensure stores run smoothly while upholding JD’s renowned standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with enthusiasm and confidence, offering friendly support and helping them discover products they love.
  • Use in-store devices to check stock, explore product options, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor, ensuring displays remain fresh and brand-aligned.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including:
    • Till operations
    • Restocking tasks
    • Ensuring compliance with safety and store guidelines


Skills & Experience Required

  • Enthusiastic and people-focused approach to a customer-centred retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging customers and working collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn, embrace new tasks, and grow in a supportive team environment.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks.
