Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with enthusiasm and confidence, offering friendly support and helping them discover products they love.
- Use in-store devices to check stock, explore product options, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor, ensuring displays remain fresh and brand-aligned.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including:
- Till operations
- Restocking tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and store guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
- Enthusiastic and people-focused approach to a customer-centred retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging customers and working collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, embrace new tasks, and grow in a supportive team environment.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks.
