As a Store Colleague, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the JD Group experience,-guiding customers, and maintaining our high service and presentation standards.

With a supportive team by your side, you’ll develop new skills while upholding the standards that have made JD Sports a respected name.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with confidence, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Utilise in-store devices to enhance the customer experience, including stock checks and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and replenished shop floor, with displays that remain sharp and aligned with JD’s branding.
- Execute daily store tasks, including:
- Operating the till
- Restocking shelves
- Adhering to all safety and store guidelines
Requirements & Attributes
Skills & Experience
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, suitable for a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable engaging with customers and collaborating in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn and embrace new responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including:
- Weekends
- Evenings
- Peak seasonal periods
Desirable Traits
- Passion for JD’s brands, trends, and product innovations.
- Proactive and customer-driven, taking initiative to support sales opportunities.
