About the Role

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience every day, helping customers feel:

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love
- Using in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience
- Ensuring the shop floor stays clean, tidy, and fully replenished while keeping displays fresh and on-brand
- Supporting day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following safety/store guidelines

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love
- Use in-store devices to:
- Check stock

- Keep the shop floor:
- Clean and tidy
- Fully replenished
- Displays fresh and on-brand
- Support day-to-day store tasks, including:
- Till work
- Restocking
- Following safety and store guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
Your ideal candidate:
- Has a positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
- Displays strong communication skills, with confidence in:
- Engaging customers
- Working as part of a team
- Is willing to learn new tasks
- Possesses flexibility to work various shifts, including:
- Weekends
- Evenings
- Busy seasonal periods
