As a Store Colleague, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store:

- Engage customers with energy and confidence to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

- Work efficiently at the till, restock shelves, and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers with confidence and positivity.
- Utilising in-store devices to check stock, provide product recommendations, and enhance the customer journey.
- Ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Supporting daily operational tasks, including till operations, replenishment, and adhering to store and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
Do you have:
- A positive, energetic attitude fit for a vibrant retail environment?
- Strong communication skills (confidence in interacting with customers and colleagues)?
- A willingness to learn and take on challenges in a dynamic team setting?
- Flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and seasonal periods?
