Store Colleague Role
As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the JD Group experience every day. You’ll:
- Welcome customers with energy, ensuring they feel supported and excited about our products.
- Keep the shop floor running smoothly by:
- Greeting customers confidently.
- Maintaining sharp, on-brand displays.
- Ensuring stock is replenished.
- Uphold our high standards in presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, providing friendly support and helping them discover products they love.
- Utilise in-store devices to:
- Check stock.
- Share product details.
- Enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy shop floor by:
- Replenishing stock.
- Keeping displays fresh and on-brand.
- Support daily store operations, including:
- till work.
- Restocking.
- Adhering to safety and store guidelines.
Requirements
- A positive, energetic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in:
- engaging customers.

- Willingness to learn new tasks and develop skills in a supportive setting.
