About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product discovery, and provide happy, efficient service.
- Utilise in-store technology to check inventory, share product information, and enhance buying experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock availability, and brand consistency across displays.
- Manage till operations, restocking tasks, and all safety/retail compliance protocols.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic attitude suited to fast-paced, customer-centric retail operations.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and customer engagement confidence.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, shifts, and challenges, including weekends/holidays.
Desirable Attributes
- Enthusiasm for JD’s brands, latest trends, and product innovations.
- Proactive engagement with customers and upstream opportunities.
- Attention to detail ensuring stores look professional and operational.
- Self-motivation to progress and contribute to team success.
