Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Welcome shoppers with warmth and enthusiasm, assisting them in finding products and enhancing their shopping journey.
- In-Store Operations: Utilise digital tools to check stock, offer product recommendations, and provide seamless service.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure displays are fresh, on-brand, and fully restocked to reflect JD’s premium standards.
- Store Support: Assist with daily tasks—till operations, restocking, cash handling, and compliance with safety/environmental policies—while maintaining a tidy, customer-friendly environment.
Skills & Experience Required
✅ Positive, energetic approach suited to a high-energy retail setting ✅ Strong communication skills—customer-facing confidence and teamwork ✅ Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges ✅ Flexibility to adapt to shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak periods
