Hourly Rate
£12.81 per hour
Role Overview
Join JD Group and deliver an exceptional customer experience daily while ensuring the store reflects our high standards. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with friendliness and energy
- Maintaining fresh, on-brand displays and ensuring stock replenishment
- Supporting operational tasks (cash handling, stock restocking, safety protocols)
- Collaborating in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers confidently, offering seamless support with product searches
- Use in-store tools to enhance customer interactions (e.g., stock checks, product recommendations)
- Keep the retail space clean, tidy, and visually appealing
- Assist with daily operations, adhering to company standards (till duties, merchandising)
- Follow all safety and store guidelines consistently
Skills & Experience Required
- Enthusiastic retail mind-set suited to a high-energy, customer service-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with team members and customers
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a collaborative setting
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekend evenings and seasonal peaks
