The Opportunity: Store Colleague Role

Overview

A Store Colleague at JD Group ensures our business excels by delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. As part of our dynamic retail team, your role keeps the shop floor vibrant whilst upholding service excellence through teamwork and passion.

  • Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (shifts include evenings, weekends, and busy periods).

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Connect & Serve

  • Brighten the shop floor by greeting customers warmly and offering friendly, trustworthy assistance.
  • Use in-store technologies to enhance experiences—check stock availability, share promotions, and antenna for sales opportunities.
