Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers confidently, offering friendly support and helping them discover products they’ll love.
  • Use in-store tech to check stock, share recommendations, and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor, ensuring displays are on-brand and visually appealing.
  • Assist with everyday tasks: till operations, restocking stock, and upholding safety and store guidelines.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

  • A positive, energetic attitude suited to a fast-paced, customer-led retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills—capable of engaging customers and contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn quickly, and take on new challenges in a supportive working environment.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends, nights, and seasonal peak periods.
