Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy and confidence, offering tailored support.
- Use in-store devices for stock checks, product recommendations, and customer liaison.
- Display management—ensure cleanliness, styled displays, and restocking.
- Operating the till, replenishing stock, and upholding safety protocols.
- Contributing to teamwork and store operations during busy periods and shifts.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualities
- A positive attitude ideal for a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong communication & team-playing skills—able to support customers naturally.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and seasonal high demands.
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow within JD’s standards.
Desirable Qualities
- A passion for JD’s brands and sports/expressive fashion trends.
- A proactive approach in engaging customers and capitalising on sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail to maintain premium retail aesthetics.
- Self-motivation, keen to progress and develop within JD Group.
