Store Colleague - Part Time

Get Set For Retail: Store Colleague Opportunity

At JD Group, we don’t just keep up with the game — we set the pace. As part of a leading omni-channel retailer of sports fashion, we continue to grow in the UK and internationally.

About the Role

This is JD. Born in 1981. Built for Now.

We’re fast-paced, fearless, and unapologetically ambitious. Every colleague at JD has the opportunity to bring their energy, ideas, and personality to a team that genuinely values them.

We thrive on authenticity, collaboration, and progress. Your moment at JD starts now. Are you in?

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support.
  • Use in-store technology to check stock, assist customers, and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing by replenishing stock and maintaining displays.
  • Handle day-to-day store operations, including till work, restocking, and ensuring store policies are followed.
  • Work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
