From supplying our customers with all of the finest brands in footwear, apparel, and accessories for over two decades, the size? brand has grown to include its roster of highly sought-after worldwide exclusive product releases, including collaborations with Nike, adidas Originals, New Balance, Reebok, and many more.

Our collections showcase and celebrate all things streetwear and the cultures that influence it, while our size? Syllabus initiative works directly with some of the UK’s most creative universities. Our franchise aims to play a core role in connecting us to our customers.

The Role

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience every day:

  • Help customers feel welcomed, supported, and excited about what we offer.
  • Ensure a smooth shop floor experience by:
    • Greeting customers with energy.
    • Keeping displays sharp and up-to-date.
    • Maintaining well-stocked displays.
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for excellent service.
  • Help uphold the standards we’re known for—from presentation to customer experience.
  • Be part of a fast-paced retail environment where enthusiasm and teamwork create impact.
  • Develop skills with the support of an amazing team.

Role Overview

At JD Group, we don’t just keep up—we set the pace. As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a vital role every day:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting them confidently.
  • Keep displays fresh, neatly stocked, and on-brand.
  • Ensure stock is always replenished.
  • Support service standards and a clean shop floor.
  • Engage with customers and create opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and grow with a supportive team.
  • Build your future in retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence, friendly support, and enthusiasm.
  • Use in-store devices to check stock and share product information.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished.
  • Ensure displays are welcoming and on-brand.
  • Support daily store operations, including till duties and stock management.
  • Adhere to store and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A positive, energetic approach suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging customers and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop skills in a supportive environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods.
