🏃♂️ Role Overview: Store Collegiate (Hourly Rate: £12.81)
Your Impact
You won’t just follow the game—you’ll help set its pace. As a Store Colleague, your focus is delivering exceptional, customer-centric service every day, leaving customers feeling valued, supported, and excited for their next purchase.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provid[ing] a warm welcome with confidence and energy.
- Maintaining well-stocked, visually appealing displays.
- Operating in-store tech for efficient stock checking, product recommendations, and seamless customer experiences.
- Executing daily retail tasks, including till operations, inventory, and adhering to safety and brand standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers: Offering friendly, proactive support and helping them find the products they love.
- Utilising in-store tools: Efficiently managing stock queries, sharing insights, and enhancing the full customer journey.
- Merchandising: Ensuring the shop floor remains clean, tidy, and stocked, while maintaining on-brand displays and standards.
- Operational tasks: Handling register duties, inventory replenishment, and following the latest store protocols.
