Role Overview
Hourly Rate – £12.81
At JD Group, we don’t just keep up with the game—we set the pace. As a Store Colleague, you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. Your role includes:
- Greeting customers with confidence and energy
- Supporting the full customer journey using in-store devices
- Keeping displays fresh and stock replenished
- Assisting with till work, restocking, and following safety guidelines

Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and positivity, offering friendly support and helping them discover products they’ll love.
- Use in-store technology to check stock availability, present product options, and elevate the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop floor—replenish displays, ensure high presentation standards, and uphold JD’s on-brand look.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including till management, restocking, and compliance with all store guidelines and safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- A positive, energetic mindset suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers and team collaboration.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive work environment.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.
