Role Overview
As a Store Colleague, you’ll shape daily experiences for our customers, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and excited. Your responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting customers with confidence
- Maintaining sharp, on-brand displays
- Replenishing stock efficiently
- Legislation of high service standards

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a positive, energetic approach
- Use in-store systems (e.g., stock-check devices) to enhance the customer experience
- Keep shop floors clean, tidy, and fully replenished while maintaining brand aesthetics
- Leverage till operations, restocking, and compliance with safety/operation standards
- Assist during busy periods (e.g., weekends, seasons)
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Energetic, proactive attitude, ideal for high-energy retail environments
- Strong communication—confidence in supporting customers and working in teams
- Adaptability to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
- Flexibility for shifts including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks
