As a Store Colleague, your role is pivotal in delivering the JD Group experience daily:
- Welcome customers with energy
- Provide supportive, exciting service
- Assist in maintaining a smooth store environment

Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers confidently
- Keeping displays visually appealing
- Ensuring stock is well-stocked
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find products.
- Utilize in-store devices to check stock, share options, and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked shop floor with fresh, on-brand displays.
- Assist with till operations, restocking, and adherence to store safety/guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- Positive, energetic attitude suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, take on new challenges.
- Flexibility for various shifts (weekends, evenings, busy seasons).
Desirable Attributes
- Passion for JD brands, trends, and products.
- Proactive and confident in engaging customers.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivation to progress within JD Group.
