Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers confidently
  • Keeping displays visually appealing
  • Ensuring stock is well-stocked

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find products.
  • Utilize in-store devices to check stock, share options, and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked shop floor with fresh, on-brand displays.
  • Assist with till operations, restocking, and adherence to store safety/guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Positive, energetic attitude suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility for various shifts (weekends, evenings, busy seasons).

Desirable Attributes

  • Passion for JD brands, trends, and products.
  • Proactive and confident in engaging customers.
