Role Overview

What You’ll Do:
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the shop floor.
- Engage customers confidently, assisting them in finding the right sports fashion or outdoor products.
- Maintain display integrity while replenishing stock.
- Ensure the store always reflects high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers with confidence and warmth, providing friendly support and helping them discover their dream products.
- Use in-store devices to check availability, share product information, and enhance the entire shopping experience.
Store Operations
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays remain fresh and on-brand.
- Support essential tasks including till operations, stock rotation, and warehousing while adhering to safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- A positive, energetic approach ideal for customer-facing roles in fast-paced retail environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to interact with customers effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive and dynamic store team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and during peak seasonal periods.
