As a Store Colleague, you’ll:

  • Be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience daily.
  • Help customers feel welcome, supported, and excited about our offerings.
  • Keep the shop floor running smoothly by:
    • Greeting customers with energy.
    • Maintaining sharp displays.
    • Ensuring stock replenishment.

With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for great service, you’ll uphold the high standards we’re known for—from presentation to customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, offering friendly support and helping them discover products.
  • Use in-store devices to check stock, counsel on options, and enhance the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean and well-stocked, ensuring displays remain fresh and on-brand.
  • Support daily store tasks, including:
    • Till operations,
    • Restocking,
    • Adherence to safety and store guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A positive, energetic approach suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently engage customers and collaborate in a team.
  • A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop in a supportive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.

  • A genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends, and latest products.
  • A proactive attitude, confidently approaching customers and seizing sales opportunities.
