As a Store Colleague, you’ll:
- Be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience daily.
- Help customers feel welcome, supported, and excited about our offerings.
- Keep the shop floor running smoothly by:
- Greeting customers with energy.
- Maintaining sharp displays.
- Ensuring stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, offering friendly support and helping them discover products.
- Use in-store devices to check stock, counsel on options, and enhance the full customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean and well-stocked, ensuring displays remain fresh and on-brand.
- Support daily store tasks, including:
- Till operations,
- Restocking,
- Adherence to safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic approach suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
- Strong communication skills to confidently engage customers and collaborate in a team.
- A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop in a supportive work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.
