Role Overview

The JD Group sets the pace in the retail sports market. As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences daily, ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and excited about our products.

  • Support daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring they find and enjoy the right products.
  • Stock Management: Use in-store systems to check stock, provide product information, and optimise the customer journey.
  • Visual Meritიდა: Sustain a sharp, tidy, and on-brand shop floor with fresh displays.
  • Operational Support: Assist with till duties, stock replenishment, and enforce store protocols for seamless operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A positive, energetic personality for fast-paced retail and customer-focused environments.
  • Strong communication skills to engage customers and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn, embrace new responsibilities, and develop within a supportive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods.
