The Role: Store Colleague

Overview As a Store Colleague, you’ll be essential in delivering the JD Group experience daily:

  • Assure customers feel welcomed, supported, and excited by our products.
  • Maintain a smooth shop floor by:
    • Greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm.
    • Keeping displays sharp and stock well-stocked.
    • Adhering to high standards in presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Greet customers confidently and warmly, offering friendly support to help them find their ideal products.
    • Use in-store devices to:
      • Check stock availability.
      • Share product options.
      • Enhance the full customer experience.
  • Store Operations:

    • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
    • Maintain fresh and on-brand displays.
    • Handle day-to-day tasks like:
      • Till work.
      • Restocking.
      • Adhering to safety and store guidelines.
