The Role: Store Colleague
Overview As a Store Colleague, you’ll be essential in delivering the JD Group experience daily:
- Assure customers feel welcomed, supported, and excited by our products.
- Maintain a smooth shop floor by:
- Greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm.
- Keeping displays sharp and stock well-stocked.
- Adhering to high standards in presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers confidently and warmly, offering friendly support to help them find their ideal products.
- Use in-store devices to:
- Check stock availability.
- Share product options.
- Enhance the full customer experience.

Store Operations:
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Maintain fresh and on-brand displays.
- Handle day-to-day tasks like:
- Till work.
- Restocking.
- Adhering to safety and store guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
