As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our best-in-class retail experience every day. Your responsibilities include:

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, providing friendly assistance and helping them discover their ideal products.

- Utilise in-store devices to check stock, suggest alternatives, and enhance the overall customer journey.

- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and stocked to ensure displays remain visually appealing and aligned with branding.

Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:

- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods.
