Role Overview
Hourly Rate: £12.81
We don’t just play catch-up—we set the pace. As a Store Colleague, your enthusiasm, collaboration, and customer focus will set our stores apart. You’ll ensure JD’s outstanding customer experience isn’t just exceptional—it’s unforgettable.
Your role combines momentum and care:
- Greets customers confidently, offering instant support and personalised guidance
- Uses in-store tools to optimise the shopping journey
- Maintains cleanliness, fresh displays, and exceptional presentation standards
- Supports all store necessities, including till operations, stock replenishment, and safety compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and friendliness
- Create a supportive shopping experience through proactive guidance
- Rapidly refresh and organise tidy, brand-aligned displays throughout the store
- Maintain stock levels, perform restocking tasks, and manage customer transactions
- Uphold safety, security, and operational excellence standards
Skills & Competencies
