Pay: Hourly Rate – £12.81
Role Overview
As a Store Colleague, you’ll be pivotal in providing outstanding customer experiences daily. Your duties include:

- Maintaining a sharp, well-kept store environment alongside tidy displays and fully stocked shelves.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers confidently, offering friendly, expert support to help them find products they love.
- Use in-store devices to check stock, share product insights, and deliver exceptional sales experiences.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished to ensure displays remain fresh and on-brand.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations such as:
- Merchandising
- Restocking
- Operating the till
- Adhering to safety and store protocols
Skills & Experience Required
- An enthusiastic, positive, customer-focused personality suited to fast-paced retail.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in engaging customers, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in our supportive retail environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peak periods.
