About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Design Executive to join our team. This cross-functional role is essential for ensuring the smooth launch and ongoing excellence of our retail environments, supporting various aspects of store openings, communications, counter maintenance and other administrative tasks.

As a Store Design Executive you will

You will be working alongside the Store Design team to help translate Charlotte's vision and unique expertise into retail theatre.

Your day to day will include...

SD Admin support - support SD managers with project admin including POs and Terms Sheets to be shared with Global stakeholders in Tax, Legal and Procurement to ensure approval and alignment VM Orders - work with VM team ahead of new door launches to ensure the most up to date VM plates and graphics are ordered and delivered to contractors on time, all new counter details are logged in the relevant databases, launch deck is completed and shared with retail teams ahead of set-up Counter Maintenance - Manage maintenance reports from the retail team across the TR UK, EU and Middle East regions and ensure reports are responded to and followed up to resolution via our maintenance suppliers, work within forecasted budget and track spending accurately, flagging any risk of overspend to line manager Site Access and Pass Management - Align with SD, VM and Retail/Commercial team to ensure enough team members are allocated for new door opening support, arrange pass access for all attendees via retailers or third-parties as applicable Logistics - For each new door opening, liaise with local retailer teams to clarify delivery routes and booking-in processes for the initial shop-fit installation and ongoing VM campaign updates Budget Tracking - Raise and track POs for all owned spending, assist in managing budget operations to ensure financial efficiency and compliance

About You

Some of the skill set we are looking for include...

Have experience using Microsoft office (basic Word and Excel programs), InDesign and Photoshop and illustrator Proven experience in store design or retail operations / similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence with budget management and raising of POs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively with an exceptional eye for detail
