Store Director | Luxury Fashion Flagship
Location: London
Salary: Up to £140,000 + Excellent Benefits & Bonus
We are proud to be partnering with one of the world's most prestigious luxury fashion houses to recruit an exceptional Store Director for one of the UK's highest-profile flagship locations.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an iconic luxury retail destination, overseeing a business that sets the benchmark for client experience, commercial excellence and people development.
Managing a team of over 30 colleagues through an experienced leadership structure, this role requires a commercially astute and inspirational leader who thrives in a fast-paced flagship environment and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences.
The Role
As Store Director, you will take full ownership of every aspect of the business, driving commercial performance while creating an environment where both clients and colleagues can thrive.
- Working closely with regional leadership, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious sales targets, developing a high-performing management team and ensuring every client interaction reflects the exceptional standards synonymous with one of the world's leading luxury brands.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who leads from the front, inspires through coaching and creates a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a large, multi-layered luxury retail team.
- Drive commercial performance through clear leadership, strategic planning and effective decision making.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations and strengthen long-term loyalty.
- Partner with specialist teams including Client Development, Visual Merchandising, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution across the business.
- Develop succession plans and nurture future leaders through continuous coaching and performance management.
- Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to maximise productivity, profitability and client engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and luxury presentation are maintained at all times.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture where people are empowered to succeed.
About You
We're looking for an established luxury retail leader who has successfully managed large flagship environments and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional commercial results whilst inspiring sizeable teams.

You will demonstrate:
- Significant leadership experience within luxury fashion, accessories, watches or jewellery.
- A proven track record of leading large, high-performing teams through multiple layers of management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, productivity and business growth.
- Outstanding people leadership with a genuine passion for coaching and developing talent.
- Exceptional clienteling expertise and an understanding of luxury client expectations.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders whilst remaining highly visible on the shop floor.
- Resilience, professionalism and the ability to perform in a fast-paced flagship environment.
