Key Responsibilities
Sales & Profit Growth
- Identify opportunities to boost store profitability, ensuring policies, floor layout, and reports align with company standards.
- Conduct daily floor walks and competitive analysis, sharing insights with all team levels.
Customer Experience Leadership
- Deliver a world-class shopping experience by consistently leading by example.
- Motivate the team to provide genuine customer service and maximise upselling opportunities.
Talent Development & Retention
- Passionate about team growth — recruit top talent, provide training, and coach for succession planning.
- Play a key role in team performance management, fostering future leaders within the store.

Cost Control & Loss Prevention
- Optimise team payroll productivity with effective scheduling.
- Protect profit through loss prevention initiatives and ensure smooth store operations (stock management).
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales, payroll, costs, stock loss, and customer service.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Exceptional leadership to drive a high-performance team.
- Commitment to delivering an unbeatable customer experience.
- Previous Store Manager experience or Deputy Manager career progression ready.
