Convenience Store Manager - Join Morrisons Daily and Lead with Passion!

Join Morrisons’ Convenience Store Management team—run your store like it’s your own business and make a real difference in your local community.
We’re looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores and serve as the beating heart of the community. Your role will involve:
Your Mission: Serve, Support, Champion
As Convenience Store Manager, your focus will be on delivering excellence across four key areas:
1. Customer & Commercial Performance
- Entrepreneurial Spirit – Treat your store as a self-owned business, continuously innovating to:

2. Team Leadership & Development
- Cultivating Talent – Oversee all aspects of human resources:
- Recruitment and induction processes

3. Operational Excellence

- Flexibility – Be prepared for shift-based working, including:
- Early mornings, late nights
- Weekend service (hours dictate business requirements)
