As a Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of one of the most iconic names in global sports fashion, driving performance standards, culture, and customer experience to deliver the premium JD standard. Leading a high-energy retail environment, you will:

  • Train and mentor your team, providing structured development opportunities.
  • Maintain JD’s operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maximise commercial success through strategic decision-making and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills

You must demonstrate:

  • Proven retail management experience with a track record in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Dynamic leadership – Ability to inspire, drive performance culture, and motivate colleagues at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen – Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, product trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal strengths – Essential for teamwork and customer engagements.
  • Consistent commercial success – Proven ability to deliver sales growth and operational excellence.

Desirable Traits:

  • Passion for training and outdoor sports – Enthusiasm for the JD brand identity and its global audience.
  • Proactive mindset – Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with quick problem-solving.
