Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
- Motivate your team to deliver their best, fostering a culture of positivity, engagement, and excellence.
- Build a strong and collaborative team, uniting everyone around shared goals and a vision for success.
- Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development.
- Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team.
- Provide your team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
