What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the commercial performance, people, and operations of your store. You’ll lead from the front, represent the Levi’s® brand every day, and create a high‑performing, inclusive environment where both people and business thrive.
Here’s How You’ll Make It Happen
- Owning the store’s profit and loss performance by identifying and delivering commercial and profit‑driving opportunities
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and results
- Analysing commercial data and KPIs, turning insight into clear actions to drive performance
- Monitoring store performance through reporting and regular updates to the District Manager, supported by robust action plans
- Taking full responsibility for store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative processes
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high‑calibre team members who live the Levi’s® brand and values
- Creating a strong leadership bench through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Ensuring consistently high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and operational excellence
- Acting as a brand ambassador, leading by example and embedding our culture and values in everything you do

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience successfully leading a retail store in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs
- Demonstrated ability to develop, engage, and retain high‑performing teams
- Solid understanding of HR policies, people processes, and employee relations
- Strong operational knowledge across stock, admin, payroll, and compliance
- Confidence making decisions, taking ownership, and leading through change
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
