- £46,000 - £66,000 per annum
- 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)

Your Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Motivate and support your team while aligning with Lidl’s Company Values.

Operational Excellence
- Manage daily store performance—improving KPIs, streamlining processes, and keeping operations on track.
- Optimise workflows to maintain smooth operations and high efficiency.

- Ensure exceptional customer service across the board—because every shopper leaves as a valued guest.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time and delegation skills, with sharp problem-solving under pressure.
- Unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service—for customers and colleagues.
- Confident communication—even in tough conversations.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and improve store KPIs.
