Store Manager – Trend-Inspiring Fashion Accessory Jewellery Brand

We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager who thrives on driving sales, leading dynamic teams, and creating an unforgettable in-store experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to exceed sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Creating eye-catching visual merchandising that captures attention and boosts footfall
- Building genuine connections with customers, converting first-time shoppers into loyal fans
- Coaching and developing team members to improve sales techniques and ensure consistent results
- Maintaining smooth, efficient store operations across all shifts
