Store Manager – Vision Express (Widnes)

Join Vision Express, part of the global EssilorLuxottica group, and lead our newly refitted Widnes store—a high-profile location following its transition to an operated model, showcasing brands like Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada, and Nuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a clear, objective leadership style
- Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer outcomes
- Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Utilise data, insights, and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience
- Embed consistent ways of working following the store’s transition to an operated model
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including:
- Compliance
- Stock management
- Team planning

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- Strong team leader with an objective, performance-focused approach
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS
- Commercially astute, able to interpret data and drive performance
- Confident communicator with coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience in managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial
