Store Manager

Join B&M as a Store Manager and lead from the front in a high-energy, results-driven retail environment!
Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Exeter and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.
This is your chance to take the next big step in your career. As Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for store performance - driving sales, leading your team, and delivering a brilliant customer experience, every single day. As the leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of your store, driving performance and delivering results
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Create a brilliant shopping experience through high standards and availability
- Make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
- Drive KPIs, manage stock effectively, and ensure compliance across the store
