Store Manager - Vision Express (Romford Gallows Corner)

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Create a positive culture where colleagues can thrive and grow their careers
- Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer service and strong leadership
- Take ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence as Store Manager
- Lead from the front, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer
- Oversee key store operations including rotas, compliance, stock management, and standards
- Work closely with a supportive network of experienced local Store Managers and regional leaders
- Champion the Vision Express brand in everything you do

What We're Looking For
- Previous people management experience within a retail environment
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership role is highly desirable
- A passion for developing colleagues and building engaged, successful teams
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Experience working in a KPI-driven, sales, product, or performance-focused environment
- Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
- A confident communicator who can inspire, coach, and influence others
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for customers, colleagues, and the Vision Express brand
