Responsibilities

  • Motivate and support your team, drawing on Lidl’s Company Values
  • Create a strong environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
  • Take responsibility for managing and improving day-to-day operations, ensuring store performance meets KPIs
  • Optimise processes and solve problems to maintain seamless store operations and enable your team to focus on key tasks
  • Deliver excellent customer service to every shopper

Requirements

  • Experience in leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • A pride in offering unmatched support to both customers and team through every shift
  • Effective communication skills for even the most challenging conversations
  • The confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
