Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team, drawing on Lidl’s Company Values
- Create a strong environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
- Take responsibility for managing and improving day-to-day operations, ensuring store performance meets KPIs
- Optimise processes and solve problems to maintain seamless store operations and enable your team to focus on key tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service to every shopper
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- A pride in offering unmatched support to both customers and team through every shift
- Effective communication skills for even the most challenging conversations
- The confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
