Summary

  • Salary: £46,000 – £66,000 per annum
  • Holiday: 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead by example—motivate your team using Lidl’s company values to ensure everyone performs at their best
  • Cultivate a positive working environment, empowering colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Manage and enhance daily store operations, mapping performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Improve efficiency by refining processes and resolving issues to maintain seamless store operations
  • Champion customer service excellence, delivering a consistently outstanding experience for every shopper

What You’ll Need

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management and delegation skills, with a reputation for problem-solving
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional support—both to customers and team members throughout each shift
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to tackle even the most complex conversations confidently
  • Confidence in performance metrics, with the ability to identify, monitor, and enhance KPIs to drive improvement
