So, you’re a natural leader ready to keep our store running smoothly? Well, this role could be perfect for you.
The Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to:
- Empower your team to make the right decisions for each customer
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving business objectives
- Support your team while ensuring that you, too, have the resources needed for your own development

Requirements
To apply, you’ll need experience and abilities including:
- Previous people management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Enthusiasm for working with people (passionate people person)
- Organisation skills
- Hardworking attitude
Ideally, previous experience in an Optics business would be valuable, but we welcome applications from those without it.
