As a Store Manager you will lead the entire store operation, responsible to ensure the growth of profitable sales through achieving and exceeding financial targets and KPIs.
The Store Manager will be a brand ambassador; endorsing the Lacoste behavioral values in order to lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. They act as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company’s values.

Essential Criteria
Drive Commercial Performance: Analyse KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement action plans to achieve targets while championing Lacoste's selling techniques and clientelling culture.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships with employees, customers, and the local community, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Lacoste brand.
Lead with Ownership & Innovation: Create a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement by introducing new ideas, empowering your management team, and maintaining exceptional store standards.
Ensure Operational Excellence & Compliance: Oversee daily store operations, including payroll, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory control, and health & safety compliance, ensuring efficient and sustainable business performance.
