What You’ll Do
- Lead your team with confidence, reinforcing Lidl’s company values
- Create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
- Oversee day-to-day store performance and KPIs, ensuring efficiency and results
- Optimise processes and solve problems to streamline operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
What You’ll Need
Experienced in:
- Leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Time management, delegation, and problem-solving
- Ensuring top-notch support for both customers and colleagues
- Strong communication—even in tough conversations
- Monitoring KPIs to drive and improve store performance
