Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Store Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a motivated team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising inventory
- Implementing loss prevention measures

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise, with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience
- Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Experience in the fashion retail industry or a related sector is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales tracking systems
