Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop your team to sell effectively and consistently
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer connections and loyalty
- Sales Targets: Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding performance benchmarks
- Visual Merchandising: Design striking displays that drive interest and sales
- Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and staff scheduling
Requirements
- Proven leadership: Experience managing a successful retail team (preferably in fashion or streetwear)
- Results-driven: Strong focus on sales achievements and brand alignment
- Leadership style: Confident, charismatic mentor who empowers team growth
- Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for outstanding service
