About the Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll bring Sunglass Hut’s vibe to life—owning day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of customer-centric leadership, sales growth and team development.
Responsibilities
- Leading the store: Oversee day-to-day operations with ownership and momentum
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences: Set the standard for hospitality and service
- Building, coaching and inspiring a strong store team: Develop and retain talent to maximise performance
- Driving sales, KPIs and profitability: Achieve measurable business results
- Recruiting and developing talent: Find and nurture high-performing individuals
- Translating performance insights into action: Turn data into strategic decisions
- Living and leading the Sunglass Hut culture: Uphold brand values and drive synergy

- Proven retail management experience: Preferred in high-performance, dynamic environments
- Strong commercial instincts: Ambition to exceed targets with passion
- Leadership and team development: Experience in fostering motivation and growth
- Customer-obsession mindset: Exceptional engagement and sales skills
- Organisational and problem-solving acumen: Solve challenges with clear communication
- Can-do attitude:High energy, initiative and ownership
- Technical proficiency: Experience with systems and Microsoft Office tools
