🎯 What do we need from you?
- 2–3 years’ retail leadership experience in Magnet
- Passion for people, service, and commercial growth
- Strong leadership that motivates and empowers
- Creative flair and flexibility across working patterns
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
