Leading fashion brand are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the retail team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Specializing in fashion accessories our store combines style, service, and trend-forward offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet sales and service goals
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client interactions professionally
- Monitor sales performance, manage targets, and report on KPIs
- Ensure effective inventory control and stock management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail management role (preferably in fashion or beauty)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- A strong sense of style and awareness of current fashion and beauty trends
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
