Store Manager - Norwich

£33,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Do you know how to bring out the best in a retail team and turn great service into strong sales?

Are you confident creating memorable customer experiences within luxury retail or jewellery?

Hours: 40 hours per week, working any five out of seven days, including weekends and bank holidays

Contract: Full-time, permanent

The role

Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead, support and inspire a close-knit team of up to five people.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store. You will help your team reach their targets while making sure every customer feels welcomed, understood and valued.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present on the shop floor, coaching their team and creating the kind of experience customers remember for all the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the store team
  • Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Manage the smooth running of daily store operations
  • Create a warm, personal and professional customer experience
  • Use consultative selling to understand each customer’s needs
  • Gather feedback and identify ways to improve service
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the jewellery collections
  • Deliver regular product and sales training
  • Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
  • Maintain the standards expected from a luxury jewellery brand

The person

You will need:

  • At least five years’ management experience
  • A strong background in retail sales and customer service
  • The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
  • Confidence working with luxury products and customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Three years’ jewellery experience would be preferred
