What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead from the front with great customer experiences
- Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
- Drive sales, KPIs and profitability
- Recruit and develop great talent
- Turn performance insights into action
- Live and lead the Sunglass Hut culture
