Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to:

  • Balance multiple priorities to drive operational standards and deliver sales targets.
  • Manage a store offering an online home delivery service, particularly if you have experience with high-volume digital operations, would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate (requires formatting: hard-working, proactive) qualities, instilling our company values in your team.
  • Foster a supportive, results-driven culture aligned with our traditions and growth orientation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to make strong business decisions and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience managing a multi-channel retail environment, ideally with experience in retail tech or fulfilment operations.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, stock control, and team morale management.
